  • What is your return policy?
I want you to love your purchase. Please open your product upon receipt and inspect for damage. Please email me immediately at owlmoonstudios1@gmail.com if your item is damaged.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
I only replace items that are defective or damaged. If any stained glass art is damaged and needs to be replaced, I will replace the piece that was ordered after it is received and inspected here, or I will issue the appropriate credit equal to the value of the purchase. Stained glass pieces are handmade, artistic products, so variations in color, shade, tone, and size are normal. In many cases, there will be folds, wrinkles, and bubbles in the glass. These characteristics are inherent to the glass manufacturing process and should be expected. Upon delivery, please open and inspect each piece for damage. Please be aware -- due to the handmade nature of Owl Moon Studios' products, subsequent orders may not exactly match previously placed orders. Shade, color, and/or size variation is a possibility with all Owl Moon Studios' glass products. All sales of personalied or customized products are final as these pieces are made for you, according to your instructions, artwork or art approval.
  • How much does shipping cost?
Owl Moon Studios will charge only what the cost is to ship your order, and I will professionally pack your order so that it is safe during transit. We will seek out the service that costs the least, whether it is UPS, FedEx or USPS, but please note that shipping larger parcels is typically based on size and weight. Feel free to contact me for estimated shipping costs on any item.
  • Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be possible. Please email me at owlmoonstudios1@gmail.com for additional information and rates.
  • How should I care for my stained glass art?
The best option for cleaning stained glass windows is to use microfiber towels and a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. Chemical cleaners are not recommended. Check out my blog post on cleaning and caring for your stained glass art.
  • How should I display my stained glass art?
Stained glass is no longer just a window in an old Victorian home. In the same way that someone chooses a painting to hang on their wall, stained glass is an art form and an expression of personal preference. Unlike a painting however, stained glass art offers a constantly changing palette and mood depending on the light of the day. Stained glass pieces can be hung in front of a window, can be framed and hung on a wall, can be used as a room divider, or can be used as garden art. Read more in my blog post about creative ways to display stained glass art.
